No. 34K Player is a media player only. It does not sell or provide any playlist, subscription or content. You add the lists you got from your own provider.

Android TV and Google TV, Android TV boxes, Amazon Fire TV, and Android phones and tablets on Android 5.0 or later.
Is it free?
Every new device gets a 7-day trial with everything included. After that, a reseller activates it for one year or for life.
Where do I add my playlist?
On your phone at 3boudi.com/manage. Sign in with the MAC and code shown on your TV.
Which formats does it read?
Xtream Codes logins and M3U or M3U8 links, with the XMLTV guide when your provider has one. HLS, TS and MKV play through Media3 or VLC.
